Where do you operate?

England. London-based, working with customers across the country, with priority response inside the M25.

How quickly can you take over from our current contractor?

Two to four weeks from signed contract to first service visit. Most fire alarm contracts allow termination on 30–90 days notice — we'll review your terms with you, no charge.

What's included in a quarterly maintenance visit?

Full BS 5839-1:2025 service: panel inspection, device testing, battery checks, fault diagnosis, cause-and-effect verification on a sample of devices, written certificate, log book entry, asset register update.

Do you handle the entire system or just maintenance?

Both. We design, install, commission and maintain across the full life-safety stack. One contractor, one accountable team, one contract per customer.

What's your callout response time?

Standard callout within five working days. Out-of-hours and 4-hour emergency response available — pricing on quote. Full SLA documented in your maintenance contract.

Can we see compliance evidence whenever we need it?
